West Gardiner will be celebrating its 175th year of incorporation-- August 9, 2025

The following events are scheduled:

Barbecue: 12 Noon to 1:30 PM.

Parade: Rod and Gun Club to HTS: 10:00 to 11:30 AM

5K Walk/Run: 8:00 to 9:30 AM

 

Help is needed to set up and coordinate the walk/run and to set up tables and chairs for the barbecue and clean-up after the barbecue.

Participants are needed for the parade.  Organizations in town who would like to walk in the parade, antique cars, horse driven carriages, riding horses, etc. who would like to participate, please email info@westgardinermaine.org with your name and contact information and how you would like to help and/or what you would like to include in the parade.  

A list of volunteers will be compiled and you will be contacted by June 30, 2025.

Also, if your organization would like to set up an information table at the event, please email that info to info@westgardinermaine.org with the name of the organization, a point of contact, and what you would like to display.
